Explanation:

For each game difficulty, there is an average selling price which is taken from the game files, with a multiplication factor based on the best month to sell,
and a +20% max bonus for base products and +5% max bonus for productions found through extensive testing on my side. Please report higher numbers if you see them. Just leave a comment in this document.
