fight the final boss and get sucked in its flesh or smth and walk through the fleshy hallways and go to the arcade machine dont interact with it you will get the bad ending if you look around you will see a yellow thing you destroyed during boss fight you can shoot them it can be destroyed and look behind the machine wall ( i mean the fleshy pillar where the janitor machine stand) and shoot the 2 yellow things and you get the good ending
